Tell us about you

2

Meet your matches

We shortlist verified support workers who genuinely fit — shared interests first, availability and location built in. You choose who to meet.

3

Start, with backup

Agreements, bookings and payments handled on-platform. If a match isn't right, we re-match you — no awkward conversations required.

Thriving Kids

As foundational supports for children roll out nationally, families will match with workers and allied health experienced with kids.

Match My Support (Support Southwest Pty Ltd) currently operates as an unregistered NDIS provider, which means we can deliver supports to self-managed and plan-managed participants now. Supports that require a registered provider — including NDIA-managed support work, specialist behaviour support and plan management — open as expressions of interest while our registration application proceeds. Support coordination at all levels is delivered by Living Our Lives Pty Ltd, a registered NDIS provider and a related entity under common ownership. We always disclose this relationship in writing, coordinators present genuine alternatives to Match My Support for every service, and your choice of providers is documented and protected.

About us

Support is a relationship.
We treat it that way.

Match My Support was built by people who've spent more than a decade delivering disability support in Western Australia. We've seen what happens when a participant and a support worker genuinely click — and what happens when they don't. The difference isn't qualifications. It's fit.

Most platforms hand you a directory and wish you luck. We start with who you are — your interests, your routines, your goals — and match you with workers who fit your life, backed by proper verification, insurance and a local team you can actually call.

We're starting with NDIS participants and growing into aged care's Support at Home program and children's foundational supports — because good matching shouldn't depend on which funding stream you're in, or how old you are.

Match My Support is a trading name of Support Southwest Pty Ltd. We currently operate as an unregistered NDIS provider — fully bound by the NDIS Code of Conduct — delivering supports to self-managed and plan-managed participants while our provider registration application with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is underway. Supports that require registration are open as expressions of interest, and we'll tell you plainly which lane you're in before anything starts.

Our promises

What we hold ourselves to

Match on the person

Interests and compatibility first, logistics second. A great match is safer, more consistent and delivers better outcomes.

Verify everything

No worker appears on the platform before screening, police check, references and qualifications are validated — no exceptions.

Stay human

Technology does the searching. People make the decisions. There's a real team behind every match, every booking, every issue.

Questions? Talk to a person.

We're based in Western Australia and growing nationally. Reach out — a real human answers.
