The cleaner, gardener or handy person who comes to you works with Match My Support — we're their back office. We help them find work and carry their invoicing, payment and compliance, so they turn up ready to get on with it.
NDIS participants pay the NDIS price limits. Everyone else pays a simple hourly rate — paid securely when you book.

Garden rescue & lawns

The whole exterior, in one go
Fences and gates, decks, flyscreens, painting and patching, pressure washing of driveways and paths, shelves and curtain rails, light globes and smoke-alarm batteries, small repairs. We have a ute and trailer — small loads, furniture and rubble to the tip, or a small move across town. Plumbing, electrical or gas needed? We line up a licensed trade for the same visit.

Private bookings are paid securely by card when you book — the visit is locked in once payment lands. NDIS participants with a service agreement are invoiced after the visit; no upfront payment.
We confirm and turn up
Within one business day we confirm who's coming and when, by text and email. Regular bookings get the same person wherever we can.

Which one applies depends on how the visit is funded. Both include the person doing the job, our insurance, verification and the booking service.
Paying privately
Prices include GST. Two-hour minimum per visit. Monday to Friday, 7am–6pm.
Paid in advance by secure card payment at the time of booking. Cancel two or more business days before the visit for a full refund; inside that window the two-hour minimum is retained. If we can't get access on the day, the full booking is charged. Sundays and public holidays by arrangement — email us.

Charged at the NDIS price limits — the same caps every provider must follow. GST-free.

The things people ask first
Do I really have to pay before the visit?
For private bookings, yes — that's the one rule. You pay by card when you book, you get a receipt straight away, and the visit is locked in. NDIS participants with a service agreement in place don't pay upfront; we invoice your plan manager (or you, if self-managed) after each visit.
Can my NDIS plan pay for cleaning or gardening?
Often, yes. House cleaning and yard maintenance sit in the Core budget under Assistance with Daily Life when the support relates to your disability — for example, if you can't safely do it yourself. If you're not sure, send the booking anyway and our team will check with you before anything starts.
Who actually turns up?
A verified member of our home & garden team — a cleaner, cook, gardener or handy person with a police check, references, first aid and NDIS Worker Screening confirmed before they take a single visit. Gardeners and maintenance people are also checked for safe tool use. Regular bookings get the same person wherever we can.
Do you assemble flat-pack furniture?
Yes — beds, wardrobes, desks, bookcases, TV units, outdoor settings and more. Bring the boxes home, or we'll collect them with the ute and trailer. We assemble and level the piece, anchor it to the wall where the manufacturer requires it (worth doing — tip-overs are a real hazard), and take the packaging away if you like. It's booked as maintenance time; most single pieces take one to three hours, and the two-hour minimum applies. Choose "Flat-pack furniture assembly" on the booking form and tell us what it is — a photo of the box is perfect.
Can you take things to the tip, or move furniture?
Yes — we have a ute and a trailer. Small loads, old furniture, green waste and rubble to the tip, or a small move across town. It's booked as maintenance time; tip fees are charged at cost and agreed with you first. Big removals and anything needing a truck we'll refer on.
What don't you do yourselves?
Anything that needs a licence: electrical, plumbing (beyond retic repairs and tap washers), gas, structural work, tree felling, and high ladder work on two-storey homes. We'll say so plainly — and if you'd like the whole job done in one go, we line up a licensed trade to come on the same visit and you pay them directly.
What if I need to cancel?
Private: cancel two or more business days before the visit for a full refund; inside that window the two-hour minimum is retained, and if we can't get access on the day the full booking is charged. NDIS: as set out in your service agreement and the NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
Do you bring your own gear?
Cleaners bring the basics — cloths, sprays, vacuum if you don't have one. Gardeners bring a mower, whipper snipper and hand tools. Handy people bring general tools. Specialist products, plants and materials are charged at cost and agreed with you first.
