You do the support.
We do the invoicing.
Match My Support is the back office for independent support workers and allied health professionals. You do the support — and put your own name out there. We help you find participants and carry the invoicing, weekly payment, compliance and insurance, so you can get on with the work.
Work on your ABN, or as a casual employee if you'd rather we carry the tax and super — either way it's your clients, your hours and your own page. We help you find participants; you bring the care, and you put your own name out there too.

Everything except the support itself
You're the professional. This is the office behind you — the same eight things for every support worker, recovery coach and clinician who works with us.
Help finding participants
Every enquiry to Match My Support — from participants, families and support coordinators — is matched on interests first, so the work sticks. We answer every new enquiry within one business day.
You advertise tooYour own page, built to share
Every live profile gets its own web address, made for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, with one-tap share buttons in your portal. With your OK we post you on our pages as well.
Share it every weekInvoicing, done for you
We raise the invoices to plan managers and participants, chase the payment, and you never send a reminder email again. Contractors invoice us; casuals are on the payroll.
Weekly payment runs
A Monday-to-Sunday week, paid every week. Contractors take a package worth 86.1% of the NDIS price limit — cash plus 12% super to your fund. Casuals get SCHADS rates with the 25% loading.
Compliance, carried
Your checks live in our secure compliance system, which reminds you before anything expires. We lodge your NDIS Worker Screening, hold the service agreements, and run incident and complaints management under the Code of Conduct.
Insurance on every booking
Public liability and professional indemnity cover every booking arranged through us. Casual employees are covered by our workers compensation; contractors hold their own personal accident cover — we'll point you to options.
Real backup
A rostering team on the phone, supervision from a practising psychosocial recovery coach, someone to call about a tricky shift, and a free training library to grow into higher-paid work.
Two ways to work with us
ABN contractor — maximum independence, your own tax and insurance. Casual employee — we carry tax, super, workers comp and leave. We explain both before you sign, and you can switch later.
Your part of the deal
We help you find participants — we don't promise a full diary on day one. The workers who fill up fastest are the ones who put their own name out there alongside ours.
- ✓The support itself — turn up, do it well, keep your notes current. Everything participants remember is you.
- ✓Your own advertising — share your page on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and in your local groups; tell your networks you're taking clients; ask happy participants to pass your link on. We give you the page, the words and the tips.
- ✓Your documents, on time — police check, first aid, screening, licence and insurance if you drive. The compliance system nudges you; you keep it green.
The work we can place you in

- Allied health — every NDIS-funded discipline, by referral
People
NDIS participants: adults 17–65 (and participants who have stayed with the scheme past 65), and young people 7–16 where you hold a Working with Children Check. Acquired brain injury, autism, intellectual disability, psychosocial disability and mental health, physical and sensory disability, younger-onset dementia.
What we don't do
Aged care (Support at Home / My Aged Care) and children's foundational supports (Thriving Kids) — not part of our program for now. Children under 7, high-intensity clinical supports, specialist behaviour support, plan management — and we never deliver support coordination: coordinators are our referral partners.
Registration groups applied for: 0101 · 0107 · 0108 · 0116 · 0117 · 0120 · 0125 (Certification audit under way). Self- and plan-managed NDIS participants now; NDIA-managed as expressions of interest.
Where we are, and what we've got
A real office. Real people to call.
Three people who know every worker by name. No call centre, no ticket numbers.
Mac du Plessis
Psychosocial recovery coach with a Graduate Certificate in Counselling and Diplomas of Counselling, Project Management and Work Health & Safety. A decade in WA disability support. Supervision, the tricky conversations, and the final say on every match.
Tammy
Your first call for shifts, changes and cover. Runs the roster, the daily shift checks and the weekly hours that feed your pay run.
Edi
Gets you from "created my account" to "cleared" — access codes, checks, expiry reminders and the compliance system — and is the voice of hello@, answering every participant, family and coordinator enquiry within one business day.
Someone to do life with.
Every worker and clinician here works with Match My Support — we're their back office. We match you on who you are, you meet before anything starts, and their invoicing, payment and compliance are carried by us, so they turn up ready to focus on you. Standard NDIS price limits, nothing hidden.

Verified before you meet
NDIS Worker Screening, National Police Check, references, first aid and insurance — validated for every worker before they appear on this site.
Your suburb, your people
Matched by community, not a call centre — someone who actually knows your area, wherever you are in Australia.
Choice sits with you
Meet workers before anything starts. If a match isn't right, we re-match you — no awkward conversations required.
More than support work
Two more doors: allied health (one referral form, every NDIS-funded discipline) and employment & skill building (find a job, keep it, and grow). Same office behind both — we match the right person, and we carry their invoicing, payment and compliance.
The house, the garden, the odd jobs — handled.
Not mow-and-go. One crew, one visit: lawns, hedges and beds, the retic, windows and gutters, flyscreens, fences, painting and patching — flat-packs delivered and built, tip runs with the ute and trailer, and cooking and cleaning inside — by our verified home & garden team, from Fremantle to Baldivis and Serpentine. NDIS participants pay the NDIS price limits; everyone else pays a simple hourly rate, paid securely when you book.
A provider with capacity — and no competing interest
You refer once. We match one of our workers or clinicians, and we carry their invoicing, payment and compliance — your participant stays yours. Refer and our team shortlists verified support workers, allied health clinicians or employment mentors for your participant — usually within one business day, under a Match My Support service agreement. No fees, no lock-in, no competition — we don't deliver coordination, so your role is never at risk here.
Not sure where to start? Quinn's got you.
Quinn the quokka is our friendly guide — here to walk support workers and clinicians through every clearance, certificate and pay rate, help participants get matched, and point everyone to the right place. Look for Quinn in the corner of any page.
Three steps to support that fits
Tell us about you
Your interests, routines, support needs and the kind of person you get along with. It takes five minutes and it shapes everything.
Meet your matches
We shortlist verified support workers who genuinely fit — shared interests first, availability and location built in. You choose who to meet.
Start, with backup
Service agreement, bookings and payments handled by our office. If a match isn't right, we re-match you — no awkward conversations required.
Where your NDIS funding sits
Self- & plan-managed NDIS
Start today — support workers at standard NDIS rates with no hidden extras, invoiced to your plan manager or to you under a Match My Support service agreement.
Agency-managed (NDIA) & registered supports
Support work for NDIA-managed participants opens as expressions of interest while our own registration proceeds — register now and keep your place in the queue.
Match My Support (SupportSouthWest Pty Ltd) currently operates as an unregistered NDIS provider, which means we can deliver supports to self-managed and plan-managed participants now. Supports that require a registered provider — including NDIA-managed support work, specialist behaviour support and plan management — open as expressions of interest while our registration application proceeds.
Every worker verified before you ever see them
Support workers: do work that matches who you are.
You do the support and put your own name out there. We do everything else — the matching, the invoicing, the chasing of payment, the compliance and the insurance. We match you with clients who share your interests — so shifts feel less like shifts. Work as a casual employee or on your ABN — your call. Fair rates, weekly payment runs, and a real team behind you. All workers hold NDIS Worker Screening, first aid and current references.

Every clinician with us is verified — qualifications, professional registrations (AHPRA or professional body), insurance and screening checks — before their profile goes live. Clinician profiles appear here as verification completes.
Tell us. We're listening.
This service is built by the people in it — workers, clinicians, participants, families and coordinators. Our best features started as someone's suggestion. Ideas and recommendations go to our board's monthly meeting with your name on them (if you want it there). Complaints are taken seriously, acknowledged within two business days, and handled under the NDIS Code of Conduct — and making one will never affect anyone's supports.

Come and work with us. Support workers and psychosocial recovery coaches can join right now — you build your own profile, in your own words, at your own pace. Contractors take home a package worth 86.1% of the NDIS price limit: cash you invoice, plus 12% super paid straight to your fund. Casual employees get SCHADS Award rates with the loading, super, workers comp and paid leave. You choose the lane. We help you find participants and do the admin and the backup; you do the support and put your own name out there too.
Help finding clients — plus your own page
We introduce you to participants who share your interests and suit your skills — better relationships, longer engagements, better outcomes. You also get your own shareable web page; the workers who share it every week fill their diary fastest. We help you find work; we don't promise a full diary on day one.
Fair, clear pay — your way
Casual employees: from $48.13/hr weekdays (SCHADS SACS 2.3 + 25% loading) plus 12% super, penalty rates up to $105.88/hr on public holidays, paid leave entitlements where the law provides. ABN contractors: a total package worth 86.1% of the NDIS price limit — from $56.56/hr cash plus 12% super paid to your fund ($63.35/hr all up) on weekdays — and run your own show. Travel paid either way. Weekly payment runs.
Real backup
A real support team for rostering, incidents and tricky conversations. Insurance on every booking. Free training library to grow your skills.
Invoicing & compliance handled
We raise your invoices, chase the payment and keep your compliance current — agreements, incident reporting and documentation included. You bring the care and your own name; we carry the paperwork.
How you join — seven steps
No waiting on us to get started. You can be building your profile tonight.
Get your essentials together
Two professional references, 100 points of ID, and your bank, super and tax details. If there's any chance you'll drive a participant, your licence and a current comprehensive insurance certificate too. About an hour, and everything after it moves faster.
Create your account and write your profile
This replaces the old application form — you make your own login and write your own words, add your photo, tick the supports you offer, set where you travel and when you're free. Add up to six photos of what you love doing. Nothing goes live until you approve it, and you can change it any time.
Your three essentials
The free NDIS Worker Orientation Module (about 90 minutes), your National Police Certificate (often issued in minutes) and your first aid and CPR certificate. When all three reach us, our team is notified automatically and your screening starts — you don't have to chase us.
We screen you — then you're away
We check every document, call your references and have a proper conversation with you — phone or coffee. You confirm your lane in writing, and we explain both properly before you sign anything.
Three things we never wave through: your police check before any support; your Working with Children Check before any shift with an under-18; and your licence plus current comprehensive insurance before you drive a participant. Everything else we can work around.
Keep growing
Your Working with Children Check opens up work with under-18s. Certificate III lifts your skills and your rate. Both at your own pace — plenty of our workers do their placement hours on the job. 🎉
Steps 1 and 2 are yours to start tonight — don't wait on us. We match you once your verification is complete, never before: participants are told every worker is verified, and we keep that promise.
Choose how you work
SCHADS Award pay with 25% casual loading, 12% super paid for you, workers compensation, paid family & domestic violence leave, long service leave accrual, tax withheld each week. We carry the admin.
Earn a package worth 86.1% of every hour — cash you invoice through us, plus 12% super we pay straight to your fund every pay run. Set your own availability, accept only the clients you choose, and manage your own tax and insurance — maximum independence.
You'll confirm your choice in writing during onboarding, and we'll explain both options before you sign anything. You can discuss switching lanes with us at any time.
Contractor payout rates — FY2026-27
ABN contractors earn a package worth 86.1% of the NDIS price limit on every hour — cash plus 12% super paid to your fund. Verified against the official NDIS Pricing Schedule 2026-27.
| Shift — standard support work | You keep |
|---|---|
| Weekday daytime | $56.56 + super = $63.35/hr |
| Weekday evening | $62.32 + super = $69.80/hr |
| Saturday | $79.60 + super = $89.15/hr |
| Sunday | $102.63 + super = $114.94/hr |
| Public holiday | $125.66 + super = $140.74/hr |
| Sleepover (per shift) | $239.69 + super = $268.45 |
Higher-level work pays more: high-intensity packages from $68.54/hr, psychosocial recovery coaching from $95.09/hr weekdays up to $211.25/hr on public holidays — every package is cash plus 12% super paid to your fund. Ask Quinn (bottom right) for the full rate card.
Every support worker — casual employee or contractor — is engaged against the same position description, classified at SCHADS SACS Level 2 pay point 3, matching the NDIA Disability Support Worker Cost Model benchmark. Higher-level supports require matching skills evidence.
Onboarding checklist — what you'll need
Clinicians of every discipline get a profile built around their practice — see the Allied health page. Support coordinators: Match My Support doesn't deliver coordination — you're partners here, and participants you refer always stay your clients. Looking for your next coordination role? Email your resume to hello@matchmysupport.com.au and, with your OK, we'll pass it on to coordination providers who work alongside us.

Built for the people
who do the support.
Match My Support is the back office for independent support workers and allied health professionals. You do the support — and put your own name out there. We help you find participants and carry the invoicing, weekly payment, compliance and insurance, so you can get on with the work.
Match My Support was built by people who've spent more than a decade delivering disability support in Western Australia. We've watched good support workers and clinicians spend their evenings chasing invoices, working out what compliance they're missing, and wondering who to call when something goes wrong — while the participants who needed them were still looking. That's the gap we fill.
So we became the office. A worker or clinician who joins us gets their own profile page, help finding participants, their invoicing raised and chased, a weekly pay run, a compliance system that nudges them before anything expires, insurance on every booking, and a real team on the phone. What we ask back is the support itself, current documents, and their own effort at putting their name out there — we help people find work, we don't hand them a full diary.
For participants, families and support coordinators that means a simple deal: every worker here has been screened by us, is matched on who you are, and delivers under a Match My Support service agreement at standard NDIS price limits. You meet before anything starts. Coordinators refer once, get a shortlist within a business day, and their participants stay theirs — we never deliver coordination.
We're based in Coogee, south of Perth, and most of our participant enquiries come from the southern suburbs, Fremantle to Baldivis and Serpentine. Workers and clinicians anywhere in Australia can join — profiles are national, and we match as enquiries arrive in each area. We support NDIS participants — self- and plan-managed now, NDIA-managed as our registration completes — take allied health referrals, match employment & skill-building supports, and run a Home & Garden team in Perth's south. Aged care and children's foundational supports are not part of our program for now — we'll say so plainly if you ask.
Match My Support is a trading name of SupportSouthWest Pty Ltd. We currently operate as an unregistered NDIS provider — fully bound by the NDIS Code of Conduct — delivering supports to self-managed and plan-managed participants while our provider registration completes its final stage: the application is lodged and now being audited by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (Certification, registration groups 0101, 0107, 0108, 0116, 0117, 0120 and 0125). Supports that require registration are open as expressions of interest, and we'll tell you plainly which lane you're in before anything starts.
What we hold ourselves to
Carry the paperwork
Invoicing, payment, compliance and insurance are ours, not our workers'. Nobody delivering support should be spending their evenings chasing an invoice.
Verify everything
No worker delivers a shift before screening, police check, references and qualifications are validated — no exceptions.
Match on the person
Interests and compatibility first, logistics second. A great match is safer, more consistent and keeps the work coming.
Say what we can't do
No full-diary promises, no registration we don't hold, no support type we're not set up for. If it's not ours to offer, we'll say so and point you to someone who can.
Questions? Talk to a person.
