I'm Mac, a Coogee local who's happiest on the water — sailing is my great love, with a hike or a fish off the beach a close second. I came to recovery coaching through my own lived experience of mental health recovery, and I've since backed it with a Diploma and a Graduate Certificate in Counselling, plus years working alongside people in support. I know first-hand that recovery isn't a straight line, and nothing beats working alongside someone as they become their best self.
